By using the services provided by Floral City Towing and Storage LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide towing, recovery, roadside assistance, and vehicle transport services in Floral City, Inverness, Brooksville, Bushnell, Homosassa, Lecanto, and surrounding areas in Citrus and Hernando County, FL. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to driver availability and weather conditions.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing depends on the vehicle type, pickup location, destination, and type of service required. We provide an estimate before dispatch upon request. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payments. Reimbursement receipts can be provided for insurance or roadside-assistance plan submission.

4. Vehicle Release and Authorization

You must have legal authority to authorize towing or release of the vehicle. Proof of ownership or identification may be required before a vehicle is released from our storage facility.

5. Liability

We take every precaution to transport and recover vehicles safely. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or damage resulting from the condition of the vehicle. Our liability is limited to the cost of the towing service provided.

6. Response Times

Estimated arrival times are provided as a courtesy and depend on location, traffic, weather, and current demand. We do not guarantee specific arrival times but make every reasonable effort to reach you as quickly as possible.

7. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a service request, please call us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if a truck has already been dispatched to your location.

8. SMS Text Messaging Program — Description and Use Cases

Floral City Towing and Storage LLC operates an SMS text messaging program for customers who request towing, roadside assistance, or vehicle transport services. Our messaging use cases include: dispatch confirmations, driver ETA notifications, towing price quotes, service appointment reminders, and customer follow-up communications related to your service request.

9. Instructions to Opt-Out (Text STOP)

You may unsubscribe from our SMS text messaging program at any time. To opt out, simply reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. To request assistance, reply HELP. You may also call us at (352) 464-1364 to opt out of SMS messages. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

10. Message & Data Rates Disclosure

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Floral City Towing and Storage LLC is not responsible for any carrier fees or charges you may incur. Contact your mobile carrier for details on your specific rate plan.

11. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Floral City Towing and Storage LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages caused by your mobile carrier, network congestion, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any carrier fees, charges, or service interruptions.

12. Age Restriction (18+)

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS text messaging program. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not consent to receive SMS messages from us. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
